TendifyAI is software for Indian MSMEs and contractors who sell to the government. It reads tenders, checks whether your company is eligible, helps prepare bid documents, and manages quotations, orders, delivery challans, invoices and payments.

GeM bid documents, and tenders from CPPP (eprocure.gov.in) and state eProcurement portals such as Punjab. It also reads NIT PDFs, BOQ spreadsheets and scanned documents in English and Hindi.

Many NIC eProcurement portals, including CPPP, ask for a captcha. Open the tender's details page, use Print → Save as PDF, and upload that file. Then add the NIT and BOQ once you've downloaded them from the portal. TendifyAI doesn't bypass captchas.

Every value comes with the exact sentence and page it was taken from, and TendifyAI checks that the sentence really is in the tender and matches the value. Anything that isn't proven is marked “please check” instead of being shown as correct. Always review the tender yourself before you bid.

TendifyAI compares the tender's rules — turnover, experience, certificates, MSE and Make in India terms — with your company profile and the documents in your Knowledge Vault. You get “can bid”, “can't bid” or “need info”, with the reason and the clause for each.

No. TendifyAI prepares your documents and bid pack; you upload and submit them on GeM or the portal with your own login and DSC.

Yes. You can keep several companies in one workspace, each with its own details, documents, and challan and invoice numbering.

Yes. Add team members and give each a role. Finance staff see billing, orders, challans and the vault; operations staff see tenders, quotations, orders and the vault; owners and admins see everything. The activity log shows who did what.

Yes. You can record invoices raised on GeM, Tally or Busy and track payments against them, including TDS, GST TDS and LD deductions, or number invoices inside TendifyAI.

Each workspace is kept separate, access is limited by role, files are stored privately, and connections are encrypted. Read our privacy policy for the details.

Yes. The app works in your phone's browser, so you can check a tender verdict, a delivery or a payment on the go.
