GeM bids

Bid end and opening dates, EMD and ePBG, MSE and startup exemptions, Make in India preference, bidder and OEM turnover, experience, documents required, consignees and buyer ATC.

CPPP and state portals

Many portals (CPPP, Punjab and other NIC eProcurement sites) don't let you download without a captcha. Save the tender's details page as a PDF, upload it, then add the NIT and BOQ.

Scanned documents

Scanned pages in English and Hindi are read with OCR.

How you can trust the result

  1. Every value comes with the exact sentence and page it was taken from.
  2. The app checks that sentence is really in the tender and that the value matches it.
  3. Sense checks catch mistakes — for example an EMD larger than the tender value.
  4. Anything that isn't proven is marked “please check”. It's never shown as correct by guesswork.

The verdict
