Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-28. These terms are an agreement between you and TendifyAI ("we", "us") for using the TendifyAI website (tendifyai.com) and app (app.tendifyai.com), together "the Service". By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
1. The Service
TendifyAI helps businesses that sell to the government read tenders, check eligibility, prepare bid documents, and manage quotations, orders, delivery challans, invoices and payments. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. The Service is for business use.
- The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins decide who joins and what each member can access, and are responsible for their team's use of the workspace.
- Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused. You're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content
- You own the data and files you put into the Service ("your content"): company details, tenders, quotations, challans, invoices, documents and the rest.
- You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to provide and support the Service for you, including sending document text to AI providers when you ask the Service to read a document, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You confirm you have the right to upload your content, including any personal data of other people in it, and that doing so doesn't break any law or agreement.
- We don't sell your content or use it to advertise to you.
4. AI-assisted results — please check them
- The Service uses AI and automated checks to read documents and suggest values, eligibility verdicts and drafts. These can be incomplete or wrong. Values that aren't proven against the source are marked "please check".
- You're responsible for reviewing everything before you rely on it — especially before you bid, sign, issue a document or file taxes. The tender, its bid document and any corrigendum are what count, not our summary.
- TendifyAI doesn't submit bids on any portal for you, and isn't a legal, tax or procurement adviser.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law, or upload content you don't have the right to use;
- use the Service to create false or forged documents, or to mislead any buyer, authority or person;
- try to access another workspace's data, probe or break the Service's security, or get around its limits;
- overload the Service, scrape it, or use automated means to access it except through features we provide;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk.
6. Plans and fees
- New workspaces start on the Free plan, with the limits shown in the app and on our pricing page. When a limit is reached, adding more is blocked until the next month or until you move to a paid plan.
- If a paid subscription ends, the workspace returns to the Free plan; your data stays.
- Paid plans, prices and limits are as shown or agreed when you subscribe. Prices are before GST, which is added as applicable. Fees are payable in advance for each billing period and, unless the law requires otherwise, aren't refundable for a period already started.
- We'll give notice before changing the price of your plan; the change applies from your next billing period.
7. Third-party services
The Service runs on third-party providers (listed in the Privacy Policy) and works with government portals we don't control. We're not responsible for their availability, rules or changes.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important documents; owners can download all workspace data from My Account.
9. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-assisted results, or that using it will win any tender.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost tenders, penalties or liquidated damages, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You'll compensate us for claims and costs arising from your content, or from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.
12. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the Service at any time. An owner can delete the workspace from My Account.
- We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll give notice and a chance to download your data first.
- Deleted workspaces can be restored for the period shown at deletion, and are then permanently removed.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
15. Contact and grievances
For questions or complaints about these terms or the Service, use our contact form.
